The staff welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise with lots of choices.

Unfortunately, the fitness room was too small for our group, making it difficult to work out together. It could use some improvements to accommodate more guests.

The room was comfy and had a nice setup with a kitchen area, which was a surprise. The bed was super cozy—definitely stood out. However, I did struggle a bit with the bed height due to my knee problems, which made it tough to get in and out. Also, housekeeping wasn’t the greatest. sometimes the room wasn’t cleaned when it should have been. But overall, it had a lot of potential.

Comfortable and spacious rooms provided a pleasant stay, enhanced by 24/7 coffee and a good continental breakfast. The staff were particularly attentive, making our family feel at home. However, an extra bed was needed for our party, and a couple of amenities were lacking, which slightly detracted from the experience.

Just a reliable pick for a city break in Miami with good value for price. The staff took a long time to get us a room that had a sofabed, but they were friendly while figuring it out. Pro tip, check your payment details twice to avoid charges after your stay.

Staying here was a blast! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Our room was super clean – big plus! Breakfast had a lot to choose from, just what I needed. The only hiccup? The AC was kinda noisy at times. Overall, it was a lovely experience! The snack bar was a nice touch too.

I loved the spacious King Suite with a kitchen that allowed us to feel right at home! The complimentary breakfast was a good surprise, especially the make-your-own waffles that I may or may not have indulged in every morning! Plus, the nearby shuttle made heading to the Dolphin Mall a breeze, which was perfect for shopping enthusiasts like us!

I had a pleasant experience during my stay, particularly enjoying the spaciousness of my room and the convenient shuttle service to nearby shopping destinations. The breakfast options were decent, with a variety of items to choose from each morning. However, the dining area often felt a bit crowded and loud during peak hours.

Oh, the grilled steaks at Luka Restaurant just hit different! And don’t sleep on Soya Sushi Bar – fresh and flavorful rolls that had me dreaming of my next meal. Plus, my room was spacious, and having Dloop2 trolley nearby made exploring a breeze.

The pool was large and secluded, perfect for relaxation. Loved the spacious suite with a well-equipped kitchen. The free parking was a major win, making it easy to explore the area. the nearby shopping options were fantastic for picking up essentials.
